Before Toe Link Recall Repair, the car drove straight. Now after Toe Link Repair, the car pulls to the right side and steering wheel is OFF center to make the car go straight.
I took it to the dealership for another alignment job and they tried again but the car still pulls to the right side and the steering is still off-center to the left to go straight. They told me it is in Cadillac specs and nothing more they can do about it. This will cause great financial loss to ME on trade in or sale because the steering off center is noticeable and the car pulling off to right is also noticeable. GM Cadillac support says "that's all they can do " and agree with Dealership, "it's all they can do".
Update from Mar 8, 2022: Come to find out the Cadillac Dealership I went to could Not correctly work on their own Brand of Cars.
I took it to a GM Chevy dealership and THEY corrected the issue by giving it a True Alignment job and getting rid of Defective Tires. Cadillac Dealership could NOT figure that out. The Chevy Dealership showed Me the print out of the Alignment sheet and how far out of alignment Cadillac left it.
