Very, very disappointed that my passenger head light has lots of moisture and the dealer(FC Kerbeck of Palmyra NJ) would do nothing for me and I had just purchased the car used 2 months prior. The coast of this repair is $13000.00 and I just assumed it was covered under the 3 months dealer warranty but to my surprise it was not so when the dealer mechanic ask who was paying the bill before he started, which thank god he did since I did not have an extra $1,300.00 in the bank.
At this point I went to the sales man who sold me the car and he seemed not too concerned with my problem after I just spent $24,000.00 on a used 2008 STS and he had his commission! After he did nothing I asked the manger...nothing ! They said this is a common problem with the 08 STS. At this point I went home to cool down and the following day I called them to ask one more time if they could do anything,a discount or something and nope, they could not!
At this point I was angry and called GM and they couldn't do anything either. Funny how fast they will sell you something but just don't ever have a problem because they can't help you and to think I used to brag to friends and family how awesome FC Kerbeck was and this is my 2nd caddy from them and it will be my last ! I am discussed with their customer service, when you actually need them their hands are tied!
