The contact owns a 2008 Cadillac Sts. The contact stated that the TPMS sensor intermittently illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic. The technician replaced all of the tires but the failure persisted. The technician was unable to determine what was causing the failure and referred the contact to an authorized dealer. The contact also indicated that the tire pressure monitoring system indicated that the tire pressure was normal although the tire pressure on all the tires was low.
