There has been a problem with the electrical system on all Cadillac Seville's due to the rear tail lights retaining moisture which causes problems with the rear turn signals and brake lights.Cadillac use to replace the tail lights instead of correcting the problem which later will cause the lights not to function properly and flash faster and then will short the socket or wiring.
