power locks,dome light,courtesy lights all stopped

my interior lights ,cig lighters ,trunk button ,fuel door button,rear defrost,trunk light, glovebox light is not working all of the sudden and is really a big problem since smog is due and i have no clue what is wrong .did my best at checking fuses and they all were ok under hood and back seat. one thing i did notice was a pool of water in sparetire compartment. Please any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
