This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Cadillac dealer.
1st time they said it was the oil fill cap, but the top of the engine was dry. They had it 4 days. 2nd time they replaced the front crank seal, they had it 3 weeks. 3rd time they replaced the trimming cover seal, they had it 6 weeks. It leaks worse than ever now. The whole oil pan is wet. I hate this car!!!!

This is a well-documented problem that Cadillac knows about, often arising from a failed seal at the "T-joint" (cam carrier T-joint). This issue can cause substantial oil leaks. I can't believe there is no recall for this. I have no idea how long the problem existed in my car, but it was found during service in January 2026 and the car had less than 26000K.
