touch screen failure Touch Screen has been replaced on this vehicle Still having electrical issues Cellphone does not stay paired with the touch screen system Dealer told me that the android phone works better - which is totally crazy since this car is marketed as Apple I compatible and we were given an IPAD when we purchased the car!
I have no doubt that this car has an electrical issue, which is not being repaired
This car has had the computer reset and updated multiple times, inconveniencing me to drive 30 minutes to and from the dealership and leave the car overnight.
I have had many, many new cars and I have never experienced these sort of issues! Needless to say I am frustrated and disappointed, and want out of this vehicle. It is not safe to drive. I stops dead in traffic. Sometimes it restarts immediately, but most times you have to wait 15 minutes or more.

Problem #1 my car would not start on 12/30/19. I called for a battery boost the vehicle took about 20 plus minutes to start up. I drove the vehicle to the GM dealer. I paid an extra 60 plus dollars to have the Cadillac diagnosed and 189.00 for a new battery. Problem #2, 2 wks later the vehicle would not start once again
talk about frustrating. After geting a boost. my service driver assist warning light came on, my information system, heat, gps all went out. I had to drive to the dealership without heat. I was informed by the mechanic that boost the car there was something more than just a dead battery. I arrived at the dealership, waited
4 hours only to be told they could not find anything wrong with the vehicle causing more frustration. Here I was with a vehicle that dies on me, luckily in it has broken down in my driveway and not out on the road. I still not sure why the vehicle would not start and neither does the mechanics at the dealership it seems.
I have lost confidence in Cadillac. This will be my last Cadillac/GM purchase. They may look pretty but they are terrible under the hood.
The car dealerships solution to the Cue system/ information system was to reboot the system as of today the car started and the Cue system was functioning. I still don't know why the car died on me twice. I was told I have to have the car towed in the next time while its dead in order for them to diagnose the problem, because once the car is given a boost no diagnosis codes are read to determine the issue. I think the mechanics and GM know there is a problem and the fix should be corrected as a vehicle recall. I'm sure the dealership has seen this issue before, GM just needs to stand by its product.
