WHILE UNDER WARRENTEE CADILLAC REPLACED THE UPPER PORTION OF THE DRIVER SEAT BUT NOT THE CUSHION PART THOUGH IT NEEDED TO BE REPLACE. TOLD TO WAIT. NOW THE SEAT IS DETERIORATING AT AN ACCELERATE RATE. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN CADILLAC COSTUMER SERVICE.. YOU BUY AN EXPENSIVE CAR AND THE PLATINUM MODEL AT THAT, AND STILL GET JUST GENERAL SERVICE. NOT A HAPPY CADILLAC OWNER......LOOKING FOR A NEW CAR NOW AND I DOUBT IT WILL BE A CADILLAC !!!!
