I go to drive off in my car that I worked my ass off to buy with cash, and the entire rear end is so low that it looks as if it is touching the tires. I bought this car at Dan Vaden Caddilac in Savannah, Ga. One of the things that had me decide to buy it there is because they will pick up and deliver your car back to you when ever it is in the service department. this includes when you have your oil changed, until i break down on the side of the road and I can't drive the car like this , Now I am waiting for a flat bed tow truck and the dealership tells me " they don't have any cars available" Its been 2 hours in 95 degree weather waiting for someone to call me back , the manager and assistant manager are in " Meetings" and can't be bothered , and I am told if i SCHEDULE AN OIL CHANGE THEY WILL HAVE A CAR FOR ME. REALLY????? I TOLD THEM I CANT SCHEDULE WHEN THE CAR WILL BREAK DOWN! still waiting and simmering....... I saw one other man had this problem , has anyone heard of a recall on this?
