This is the 2nd time the screen has cracked. The first time was 18 months after I purchased the car. It was under warranty then and the entire infotainment system was replaced. Now it has happened again. My understanding is that it will take over $1,000 to replace.

The internet is full of Cue systems with bad touch screens. Cadillac knows this is a design flaw, yet won't do a recall. They just play the odds that it won't fail until the warranty expires and then its out of pocket for you. This problem goes back several years and involves all models with Cue system..Shame on you Cadillac.
