Intermittent use of windshield wipers malfunctioned while in use, causing visibility difficulty which may result in a crash. A common problem.

Windshield wipers donot actuate when switch is turned on. The wiper problem is an intermittent problem, sometimes tehy will work. Fuel pump failure did not allow vehicle to start. Fuel pump was replaced by dealer service shop, and problem was fixed. Subject vehicle isa light duty, low mileage vehicle.
