The gas pedal became stuck when the vehicle was reverse or drive. The vehicle jerked forward and then accelerated. The pedal sticking was consistent and released after pressing harder on pedal several times. The vehicle had been taken vehicle to the dealership several times for sticking. The mechanic indicated that it was repaired. Vehicle not on recall. It was an ongoing problem since vehicle was bought new. Currently, dealership indicated warranty expired, and would not do repairs.
