Power loss-due to harness connector at top of the tank, were it connects to the module, was burned and along with the module wiring inside fuel tank. Cause vehicle to stop operating.

When starting or stopping the vehicle, the fuel shifting in the tank is so hard it feels like the vehicle has been rearended. This happens when the tank is full to three quarters full.
