Avalanche

The contact owns a 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche Z21. The contact stated the blower motor for the heater could not be turned off. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who performed a diagnostic test and stated the blower motor and resistor needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired at the owners expense for $200. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 140,000.
