I am not sure of the date off hand however the passenger rear window fell when I was driving. The dealership tried to charge me over $600 but I fought them on it. It was fixed but they gave me a hard time. At time of sale I was basically forced into purchasing bumper to bumper warranty. I should have known they knew I would need it.

I made a mistake in first post. It was drivers side rear window. However around October of 2012 I was driving with my grandchildren and the front passenger window fell this time. I took it back to Hertrichs of Pocomoke. Again I had a hard time. I then called Chrysler and told them about this problem. They knew about it from the beginning but would not do a recall because it would be too expensive to replace them all. This was an ongoing problem in most of their jeeps and they didn't want consumers to know. This time instead of my extended warranty paying they paid for repair. When I went to pick up jeep (after I told dealership shop manager twice my son or older gentleman would be picking it up) they tried to have my son arrested for picking it up so he left it. I had to go and get it. The service man told me how they stuck their necks out for me and called maker to get it fixed. I said No you didn't I was the one who called and had them call you ! Chrysler Chevrolet is well aware and even added a clause in the sales warranty but didn't tell consumers. The only way consumers know of this warranty is when they call the company. However after the six year warranty it's no longer honored.
