A pinhead size chip on the passenger side windshield base has created a crack spreading across the middle of the windshield. I believe this is a flaw in the windshield design, factory installation, and/or aerodynamic design. My web research has shown that other Chevrolet owners have had this problem with the Aveo and other models. The dealership does not accept any warranty responsibility.
