we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the aftersale service of Pashupati Traders ,Authorised chevrolete Motors dealer in Dibrugarh Assam is far below the acceptable standards and it has reached a point that many of the chevrolette consumers known are losing faith at the competency and accountability of your Dealer.To prove my point I have attached the billing records of my Beat Deisel LT car with registration no AS 06 K 7179 since May 2012 till September 2013. I would like to highlight few of the facts that will clearify the entire scenario and level of competency, accountability and customer service provided by your dealer 1 On 2nd May 2012 , during a routine paid service at 20572 Km Brake pads were Changed. No other complains at that time.

Problems after service: A) Brake light continuously on. B) Front wheel noise not resolved C) Developed dashboard sound.

It took one year to resolve the brake light issue till May 2013.

On 12th july dashboard check up done : not resolved Alignment Balancing done Again 4 days latter on 16th july alignment balancing was done Both fr and rr suspension checked

Qeury: Was such alignment Balancing at 4 days interval justified

Aug 30th : car taken for service of Problem with pick up Expected delivery date 31st August ( Invoice enclosed) Actual date of delivery 26th September

Query: Why was the delay of 1 month ? Why the consumer not informed about the possible delay?
