When applying brakes at any speed there is extended braking distance. Pedal will go almost to the floor, . also, sometimes pedal feels hard. ABS light comes on intermittently. Dealer determined that ABS module needed to be replaced.

While applying brakes at 30 mph, vehicle slowed down but did not come to a complete stop. Driver had to run onto a curb to prevent it from hitting another vehicle. Vehicle taken to a dealer shop, and dealer informed consumer that master cylinder needed to be replaced. Consumer would like to know if it was normal for master cylinder to fail at less then 23,000 miles of wear. Consumer is requesting reimbursement.

Have done everything that I know of to correct the problem. Braking system is still spongy after turning the rotors and drums, installined new pads, and bleeding the front brakes.
