I have a 1998 Chevrolet Blazer, my windshield wipers will not start, or if they do start. They will stop with warning. In addition to this my air conditioner does not hold coolent.

The seat back, transfer case, and windshield wiper motor all failed. The parking brake was adjusted, the air condition blew warm air, and the oil cooler lines were replaced.
