While driving in 4-wheel drive vehicle suddenly jerked hard and went into 2-wheel drive low which may result in a crash. The vehicle got stuck in 2-wheel drive low. When dealer took vehicle out of 2- wheel drive low, dealer could not determine the cause of the problem.
