Blazer LS 4.3L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 160,213 miles

when you buy a vehicle used "as is" that's when you get trouble!!.I don't know much about overdrive- if your disabled and you don't have any money to get it fixed & mechanic wants to charge you outrageous prices....

Blazer 4.3L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 127,000 miles

If you're researching vehicles, deciding which one you want to buy, DO NOT purchase a Chevy Blazer. I thought it was a great vehicle when I purchased it with 87,000 miles. The rig started to go rotten as soon as it hit 100,000. Now, I realize every vehicle needs a little TLC with 100K on it, but the Blazer was horrendous. Between Sept. of 09 and Feb. of 2010, I spent well over 3,000 dollars trying to stop the bleeding (from water pump, fuel pump, to electrical issues)...finally the transmission went along with the radiator and stabilizer bar and I had to take the the bastard behind the barn and put a bullet in it. Bottom line--I will never even toy with the idea of buying a Chevy again. They simply don't last and are more of a headache than anything else.
