My wife was in danger driving the truck when she brought it to another route (another shop), which was hutchens Chevrolet. They told my wife and gave her the paper work stating that, the truck was unsafe and she could have been in danger if continued driving it. When he was told of the brake problems, (the car dealership owner) he instructed my wife to take it to his own auto repair shop, when my wife got the truck back, it was in the same state not everything was fixed. The work was completed at hutchens. The work had to have cost about $378. And there are more troubles with the truck, I see signs of rust and corrosion, there are vibrations when the vehicle is in excess of 60 miles.

Within 8 months of purchasing my vehicle I started having problems with opening the drivers side front door. The vertical moulding attached to the drivers side triangle window would overlap the drivers door when the drivers door was shut. This made it very difficult to enter of exit the vehicle which could be thought of as a safety hazard. It was brought in to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle to be fixed 7 times. Three of the times they replaced the entire side triangle window, yet it still kept happening. The last time I brought the car in was 11/19/1999. The problem looks to be fixed now but only time will tell. The dealership has said that they have seen other Blazer with this same problem, yet not as bad. It seems to be a design flaw which should be taken care off. There is a possibility that if there was an accident where the Blazer caught on fire, the driver may not be able to quickly exit the vehicle due to this problem.
