We bought the blazer 2 years ago and had to change the spark plugs and wires 5 times. The thing has never run right since a couple days after we got it. the rear wiper has never worked. We have had to change the fuel filter, the distributor cap 3 times, the timing belt adjusted twice and it replaced once, change the air filter 3 times, changed the battery twice, and the engine light is almost always on and now it has quit running and nobody knows what is wrong with it. I think we were sold a lemon.

started running rough... had diagnostics done... mechanic said it was throttle sensor... problem started again 11 miles after leaving mechanic shop.... it happens after it warms up... also fuel gauge reads, empty, full, empty, full every five minutes it changes... I smell rubber burning, found three wires burnt under hood next to manifold.

My Chevy was running rough for a while. Nobody knew how to fix the issue. I had replaced everything possible in the electrical system, from spark plugs to ignition cap and rotor, in the fuel system from fuel system to new injectors set, and air filters and cleaned mass flow sensor, air intake, and nothing work. A mechanic at AutoZone noticed that VACUUM SENSOR HOSE was perforated. I replaced it, cost me $15 bucks and it was the end of the nightmare.
