The contact owned a 1999 Chevrolet Blazer. While driving approximately 35 mph, another vehicle crashed into the passenger side of the contact's vehicle. As a result, the vehicle rolled four times and the air bags did not deploy. The contact and the passenger sustained injuries that required medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was destroyed. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 250,000. Updated 8/10/15 the consumer stated the front of the vehicle was damaged.
