While driving 35 mph, another vehicle hit consumer's vehicle on the passenger side. This caused the vehicle to spin around and slam into another vehicle head on. Upon impact, both frontal air bags did not deploy, nor did the driver's seat belt lock. Consumer had the vehicle towed to the dealership for inspection.
