The tread on the tire unexpectedly wore off when tire was first put on and inflated. Consumer was unable to drive vehicle and needed to purchase another tire. Tire manufacturer was notified by consumer.

Orginial tires on 1999 Chevrolet trail Blazer, tire size P23575R15, two rear tires, and left front tires' tread separated which may have caused a crash. Currently front driver tire, and the new tire that Goodyear replaced, problem is repeating. Goodyear Wrangler P235/75/R15
