The contact was unable to shift into normal gear which made the vehicle drag and vibrate. The contact was able to shut the engine off and have the vehicle towed. The dealer replaced the transfer case control module. The dealer also informed the contact that there were no related recalls or warranties. The failure mileage was 52,609.
