2000 Chevy Blazer. This is the second set of oil lines I have replaced myself at $97.00 a set. Dealer item only. I talked to the dealer and they said that they are aware of the problem but they have them in stock if I would like to purchase another set. These are a pain to replace and you would think that a multi-billion dollar industry like GM would recall faulty parts but I guess not. I cannot even buy a better set. We were actually thinking about buying a 2001 Corvette but a Mustang is starting to sound better. I Googled this problem and it is wide spread. I hate the fact that we have to go to China to get good parts and service. If someone has a solution to this I would sure appreciate any info.
Thanks

GM would not stand behind repairing the leaky oil lines. They claim these faulty lines were made to fail and the redesign on the new lines would solve this problem. I changed these myself to save labor charges. With all the problems with this vehicle, this problem peeved me the most, deciding not to buy GM again.
