A mechanism within the steering column causes the vehicle to lose rear brake lights, the vehicle has been to the dealer on 3 occasions for this problem, the consumer was told by the dealer that there is a national backorder on the mechanism. Nlm hazard, turn signal and stop lamps are also inoperative. Consumer has filed a complaint with consumer protection division.
