Blazer Limited 3.2L V6

Had the shocks changed and problem got worse. On uneven highway at speeds over 45 the car seems to float and seems as if you have no control of the car. No shop can give me a reason why the car does this. What is going on with this car. 2000 Chevy Blazer / 4 wheel drive.
