The truck stall when driving sometimes or wont start, the driver side seat belt locks you in, the truck locks down on you locking you in of out, the headlights will come of and on, the alarm goes of, the gas gauge does not keep right amont of gas, the engin light will not go of and not it seems to be making a ratteling sound

Gas gauge was inadequate. Has ran out of gas twice. Had sensors and clusters changed.problem still exists. Dealer contacted. Upon talking to representative there was nothing to be done, but try to keep fuel in vehicle above half tank. General representative stated problem with program in vehicles.
