Power mirrors have experienced repeat failures where they would move themselves. Dealer determined mirror actuators were flawed in designed. New design actuators installed. Problem still recurrs, though less often.

GM has stated that there is no fix for mirror memory failures, that auto mode on temp control only applies to air conditioning mode and there is to be no fix.
