The fuel pump went out. It was replaced with a brand new pump, then 4 months later there is an obvious fuel line issue. My sons 2002 Blazer died while going down the street and there seems to be a leak in the fuel lines. After spending $331 for the fuel pump and now the Chevy dealer wants over $200 for the fuel lines for a problem that seems to be with the truck itself. I have read numerous complaints about the fuel lines in this year and make truck with no recalls I know of to resolve the problem.

Consumer states the fuel guage is erratic and has unreliable readings. The vehicle is running out of gas and the tank no longer fills up to its correct gallon. The Chevrolet manufacture is aware and looking into the problem.
