Consumer was having a problem with vehicle jumping out of gear into neutral while driving. This happened about 8 times. The consumer took the vehicle to the repair shop 3 times and was told by a Chevrolet representative that they had no answer for this behavior nor a solution. Therefore, they did not know how to repair it.
