Passerby noticed defect and alerted my wife. Tire bulges on sidewall near tread. Uniroyal notified but shows no concern about tire defect on 2002 Chevy Laredo w/ 1237 miles when tire replaced. Tire is available for inspection. Please notify me about your conclusion or if you have further question. (tiresize: P235/70R15)
