In a 2004 Chevy Blazer, 20000 miles. 4 wheel drive front differential actuator failed to engage. Upon inspection it was determined that the actuator had corroded to the point that it need to be replaced. The first replacement part also failed shortly after being connected and a third part needed to be ordered. All replacements were conducted by manufacturer.
