Driving home from purchasing the car the heat stopped working. We were new to the car so we thought that we did something wrong and would figure it out later when we weren't driving. Further on the drive home we got a message to service the high voltage battery and to pull over and not drive the car. It was running fine so we finished the drive home. The car would not charge. The next morning I had to go into work late so I could take the car to a local dealer. The kept it overnight, told me it needed a part for the hvac system, but got everything to work and said it was safe to drive until the part came in. That lasted a week before it stopped charging again. This time I left the car with the dealer until it was fixed, two week later.

I've had it back for a few weeks now and so far there have been no more heating or charging issues, so seems completely fixed.
