Too much to say. I've filed a BBB complaint and dozens and dozens of emails with GM about doing a repurchase. They won't do it. There are so many defects, over $12K+ of damage and the vehicle only has 145mi. Haven't been able to drive it in 3mo. I can share the BBB complaint to show all the info and forward all the emails that I've had with GM about this. They don't care. As a 5 vehicle GM owner and 30+ years of loyalty, they don't give a sh*t. It's a joke. I don't want it fixed as a result of the piss-poor treatment, just want them to buy it back. Had the offered some compromise or something it would be different but the didn't do a damn thing. They are a pathetic company with an idiot for a CEO.

I have several videos documenting all the damage on my YouTube that you can see, and you really can't fully appreciate the damage until you see it in-person. It's terrible and I waited 2.5 years for this vehicle and GM could care less. Absolutely disgusted at how substandard that company is ran and how pathetic they treat people.

Update from Sep 26, 2025: GM's ADR department told me to go to 2 different dealerships, they said they would take it in for service. I asked to be contacted by the service department prior to make sure as GM has lied to me multiple times. After I explained the situation I have now been turned down for service by 3 differed dealerships and the latest, North Country Chevrolet in Hibbing, MN ((Don't EVER buy from there or any of their affiliated dealerships) are refusing to answer why they are refusing service. I am filing another complaint with the attorney general as well. I've left dozens and dozens of messages with GM asking them to send someone out to look at it and they won't answer why they can't. Von Holzen in Ashland, WI has also refused service of the vehicle as well, and has not given a reason as to why they don't service the vehicle as well. Vehicle still has 145mi on it and hasn't been driven in months. But yes, of course we are still making payments and insurance on it!!! I cannot wait to get the legal system involved, GM is going to pay dearly for this!!
