I need some help. Like i said before when I turn on the heater ot AC under the passenger side dash is makes a buzzing cracking noise. Im trying to make this truck nicer and getting everything fixed. Any advice?

there is a weird buzzing that comes out of the dash and i have no clue as to were it is coming from. the buzzing gets louder as the RPM's get up. very annoying and i cant figure it out. any suggestions?
