known problem. on line back yard mechanic's and dealers say intake gasket. no anti freeze goes any where near intake. sludge inside back of plastic intake. new gasket and intake and had throttle body checked for leaks. the oil looks good but see rubber like substance in oil filter? after truck gets to working temp. you get out of truck an anti freeze smell is present. it's being blown back at you by the fan.

just got a complimentary recall check of my Silverado at no charge? are they looking for work or are they concerned about there rep.04-02-2016. i'll bring it in just to see what they say. no bull
