no clue what is causing the sound other than maybe a strut is loose but it seems like its tightly in place, the sounds occurs when ever i go over speed bumps or hit pot holes there is nothing in the trunk of back seat to cause the sound, it does not affect the vehicles stability or performance it is just more or less an annoyance to me
