When depressing pedal clutch does not fully engage, which may cause extended stopping distance. When the vehicle is put into reverse there is a grinding noise 100% of time. Manufacturer was called about this problem. Owner was told that vehicle was not included in recall # 99V239000 GM/ clutch and would not be serviced free of charge. Problem has not been corrected.
