While driving the T-top of the consumer's 2001 Chevrolet Camaro flew off the vehicle. When the top came off it struck the consumer in the head. The consumer went to the emergency room with a head injury. The consumer contacted the manufacturer to request reimbursement but was denied due to lack of evidence
