Camaro RS 3.2lV6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 78,563 miles

I wish that Chevy had taken a more of a stand on their product - after all, it is their engine.

Camaro 1SS 6.2L V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 93,000 miles

Car seized up on freeway, it’s been up to date on Oil Changes, Replaced plugs. Three weeks prior had transmission flush on it. Draining oil and only found metal shavings in it. Ordered brand new L99 Long block off of GM Performance. Took it to shop and the swap done.

Camaro 1LS 3.6L V6

  • Manual transmission
  • 114,100 miles

I have maintained this car since new and taken it mostly to the dealer where I bought the car new. I only ran synthetic oil in the engine. I use this car as a daily driver and there is no way that the engine should have failed at 114,000 miles and no warranty and no help. The car did not even last the finance contract. I have contacted GM and this expense on top of assisting my wife with her second bout with breast cancer makes this incredibly hard to find the money to pay the dealer the $8500 for the repairs. Terrible. Just terrible.
