Both strips on the roof of my 2014 Camaro LT have cracks in the front and rear. I've never actually had a car with cracks or any sign of wear on these strips, my guess is they're a cheap plastic instead of a durable rubber compound like most vehicles. The car is going in to be checked out 10/11/2017 and be repaired I hope. It's still under warranty and extremely disconcerting to me because i've never had a warranty repair since the early 80's. There's no reason for the damage except for cheap materials being used.

Roof trim strips are crap. My driver's side strip has completely flew off on the freeway, and the passenger side strip is definitely going to do the same.
