My remotes and sensors quit working about three months ago. I tried buying new ones they worked for about two weeks and quit working also. I took it to my mechanic who couldn't find anything wrong with it, so took it to the dealership. The body control module had to be replaced to the tune of 450.00. What's with these defective parts being put into these cars in the Canada plant?
My suggestion to GM is that they start investigating the cost CUTTING by installing defective parts. I own a 20 year old GMC truck that runs like a top and I've never had to touch the A.C. System. I drove my Toyota for sixteen years, it blew cold air when I sold it with 230k miles on it. This is bull***t - my car is five years old with 23k miles on it and I'm replacing weird stuff.
Don't get me wrong, I love this car and I take excellent care of her. I don't let anything go. This is pissing me off and I blame GM.
