Camaro LS 3.2L V6

The signal lights stop blinking. A loud static noise comes through the speakers with a flashing sound. The bulbs have been replaced a couple of times. It will work a few times, then stop again. It's dangerous not to have the signal light show the other driver's you're going to turn.
