Captiva Sport 3.0L V6

2012 Captiva Sport V-6 3.0 transmission loud occasionally when stopped to go. Captiva radio dead, dealer can not find problem... disconnects battery and reconnects all working told to pick up and if happens again let them know. Captiva 12 miles later dies key in ignition in gear key won't come out of ignition. Tow tuck called and tow truck driver gets burned on arm from battery post cable car not running for 15 minutes. Captiva starts with wiggle of cable.Tow Driver follows Captiva to dealer. Dealer has Captiva 2 days after several conversations dealer changes positive battery cable.Calls tells me it is fixed. I trade it in on Mazda that very weekend. p.s. auto zone test battery was good. Stated alternator shows bad. /so bad cable. I did not trust Captiva to die when I am driving. Bad feeling about this vehicle and did not trust it.
