Hedrick's Chevrolet had my car for two days, of course they can't duplicate the problem, it happens randomly. This problem is a known issue and GM is fully aware of the problem, matter fact two days ago this issue was posted in the Fresno Bee. Hedricks wanted to run this issue through my extended warranty, when the CEO of GM, Mary Barra stated that GM will fix this issue at no charge to the car owner. But, Hedricks would not fix the problem because they could not duplicate the problem. WE know what the problem is! They also wanted to charge me $160 diagnostic fee. We argued and they said ok, we will only charge you $60.
