Fuse blew to lighter and horn.

The horn apparatus is located near lower part of bumper. When water is on area of bumper, the wires for horn short out. At dealer twice for problem. Horn fails to work when wires are wet.

Wiring harness for the horn has been replaced twice. After repairs, it works for about two weeks and then quits.
